APMI, through the services of Jack Adams, continued Business Development effort with D-Cok and ConocoPhillips to promote ConocoPhillips Delayed Coker Technology and developing associated revamps for D-Cok as Project Manager.

NPRA Delayed Coking Presentation - Jack Adams, principle of APMI, co-presented a paper "Revamping / Upgrading Delayed Cokers Units" at the National Petrochemical and Refining Association (NPRA) Annual Meeting in San Antonio.

D-Cok engaged APMI to provide Project Management and Business Managements services for developing its Delayed Coker Program.

APMI completed a design plan for sludge injection into Hovensa's coker.

APMI completed a FEL scoping study and cost estimate for the installation of a grassroots refinery in the Caribbean.

APMI completed a FEL analysis and cost estimate for refinery to install a grassroots coker, including refinery modifications and technology selection.

Arizona Clean Fuels and APMI agreed on terms for Project Management services.

Arizona Clean Fuels engaged APMI to manage the preparation of a FEL-2 analysis for the construction of a new 150,000 barrel-per-day hydrocracker based refinery to be constructed in Arizona.  The Services including Project Manager for site selection, refinery configuration, constructability and cost estimate, environmental permit preparation, preparation of a site plot plan, and refinery proforma.
